Alliance Meats had failed to reduce claims on the production line despite implementing job task rotation. When a study was undertaken using Etiscope, it was discovered that whilst the jobs were varied, the staff were still using similar muscle groups and therefore fatigue injuries continued.

The Etiscope physical demands library was able to identify tasks that used different muscle groups. As a result, management were able to rotate workers between tasks with different physical demands, which reduced injuries and subsequent claims.

Alliance Meats have now implemented Etiscope across all of their facilities.
