Visy Glass were concerned that their days lost to injury were above industry average. The Safety team implemented a comprehensive program to eradicate the cause of injury with the development of an holistic approach involving hazard identification and worker training programs.
Visy management were fully supportive as they could measure the reductions in risk which brought about the savings. 

Since implementing their program of identify and elimination, they have achieved a full year of zero LTIs in July 2023.
